Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Enovative Lab LLC, a Delaware limited liability company doing business as ZenAdvisor (“ZenAdvisor,” “we,” “us”). By using zenadvisor.com or any ZenAdvisor page, form or tool (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. What ZenAdvisor does
ZenAdvisor helps businesses compare payment processing options. Our AI advisor, Cary, asks about your business and shows pricing options from payment processing providers. ZenAdvisor is not a bank. Payment processing is provided by third-party processors and financial institutions, and any account you open is subject to that provider’s own terms and approval.
2. Who may use the Services
The Services are for business use. You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to act for the business you are asking about.
3. Pricing, estimates and savings
Options and savings figures we show are estimates based on the information you give us, such as your processing volume, average ticket, card mix and type of business. They are not offers or guarantees. Final pricing, fees and terms appear only in the agreement issued by the processor, and that agreement controls.
4. Applications and third-party providers
If you choose an option and start an application, approval depends on the provider’s underwriting. We do not control approval decisions. The provider’s agreement and terms apply to your account, and we are not a party to them.
5. Using Cary
Cary is an automated, AI-powered advisor. Its answers are general information and can contain mistakes. Review all pricing and contract documents before you sign. Nothing from ZenAdvisor or Cary is legal, tax or financial advice.
6. Your information and communications
You agree that the information you give us is accurate and that you are authorized to give it. By submitting your contact details, you agree that ZenAdvisor may contact you about your request by email, phone call and text message, including by automated technology, at the contact details you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP. See our Privacy Policy for more.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
Use the Services for anything unlawful or to submit false or misleading information.
Interfere with or disrupt the Services, or try to access systems or data you are not authorized to access.
Scrape, copy or reverse engineer the Services, or use automated tools to submit forms.
Impersonate another person or business.
8. Intellectual property
The Services, including their content, designs, software, the ZenAdvisor and Cary names, and logos, belong to us or our licensors. We give you a limited, revocable right to use the Services for their intended purpose. You may not use our names or logos without our written permission.
9. Third-party names and links
Third-party names, logos and links, including processors, payment platforms and software providers, belong to their owners. Showing them does not mean they endorse or are affiliated with ZenAdvisor. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services.
10. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or that any estimate will match your final pricing.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, ZenAdvisor and its owners, employees and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to $100.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless ZenAdvisor from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Services or your violation of these Terms or the law.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
14. Changes to the Services and these Terms
We may change or stop any part of the Services at any time. We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
